The product can be returned to us, undamaged and in it's original packaging, within 14 days of purchase.  A full refund for the cost of the item will be refunded by the original payment method and proof of purchase will be required.

Refunds cannot be offered on cut glass, toughened glass or any other bespoke service except for manufacturing error.
